By accessing or using RunForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

RunForge provides a platform for deploying, managing, and monitoring AI agents. This includes managed browser environments, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, per-customer credential management, and third-party tool integrations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RunForge for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to violate third-party rights, or to circumvent platform security measures. Agents must comply with the terms of service of any connected third-party tools.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

RunForge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
